Specializing in extensive socialization, we strive to produce exceptional German Shepherds that are amazing family members and well rounded puppies. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, all our puppies come with AKC puppy papers.
German Shepherds first won a place in my heart when Kacey walked into my life 16 years ago. I currently own Vienna (AKC GSD) and a German shepherd mix neutered male, Guinness. These two are best friends and accompany us on camping trips around the United States.
Our dogs aren't just our pets - they are our family.
When I raised Guinness and Vienna, I placed a big focus on socialization and I have reaped the benefits as the years have passed.
My goal with Von Carter German Shepherds is to raise healthy AKC German Shepherds with a specialization in socialization. I firmly believe I am raising your new best friend.
Applications will be accepted in advance - and I will reserve the right to deny an applicant depending on various factors.

Raising my puppies is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done in my entire life. I pour so much of my heart, love, time and money into them while they live with me and only want them to go to the best homes.
I'm not trying to make it big as a breeder. I am rather hoping to share the love and joy of Vienna who is easily explained as a perfect dog.
She loves people, children, and is even gentle with our cats. She is probably the smartest dog I have ever owned and conquers mountains in Colorado and ocean waves in Texas with equal strength.
Vienna embodies the essence of a true, loyal German Shepherd Dog. Intelligent, eager to please, protective, easy to train, and faithful. I have no doubt that her puppies will be incredible family members!
About German Shepherds
German Shepherds can live up to 14 years and require a commitment of love and care. They are a very intelligent breed and require daily physical and mental exercise to keep them happy and healthy. Von Carter German Shepherds are raised around cats and children but no dog should be left around infants or toddlers unsupervised. Cost
Puppies are $800. This includes AKC papers, first set of shots, multiple dewormings, rear dewclaws removed, 30 days of puppy insurance, and endless amounts of love and handling poured into each puppy every single day. Spay/Neuter Contract required. Payment plan available but full amount is due upon picking up your puppy. Lifetime support will be provided.
